The Watec 902H camera is covered in switches! Fortunately Paul Roggemans of CAMS@Benelux has provided the following guidance. CAMS has used these settings on their Watec cameras since 2012 and have collected over 50,000 accurate orbits based on this advice.

BLC (Back Light Control): Switches 1 and 2 ON, switch 3 OFF. This sets the backlight to the full chip and not just a portion of it.

Shutter speed, to 8. Adjust carefully using a screwdriver.

AGC (automatic gain control): Set to LO. Alternatively, it’s possible to use MGC (manual gain control) and then to use the screw labelled “MGC” to adjust the gain manually, but it’s not clear that this will provide a better result than “LO”.

GAMMA: OFF. The higher the gamma setting, the higher the noise. In addition, the higher the gamma setting, the lower the number of brightness levels, which is not good for getting accurate photometry measurements.
